The advanced double protection with both thermocouple and mechanical temperature to switch and protect the heating system together with evaporator. Thermocouple reads real time temperature and limits in safe range by feedback to control module.

TEMPERATURE MONITORING

The air circuit system in the incubators of the Stamen® series was created after extensive testing. To provide infants with the safest microenvironment, extensive aerodynamics expertise is used to improve temperature uniformity as much as feasible.

Hornbill 600 series incubator's air circuit system is designed based on massive experimentation. With plenty of aerodynamics the temperature uniformity is improved as much as possible in order to give infant the safest micro-enviornment. With the help of latest PID technology, Hornbill-600 minimizes the temperature variability to unprecedented ≥0.2 °C and temperature overshoot is also reduced dramatically
